THE DETAILS:

As part of your membership in our Helix Explorer’s Wine Club you will receive 1-3 bottles of wine each month. All of your wines will be picked exclusively for you by the owners of Helix—Scott, Lisa & Kris. You will also receive the following members-only benefits:

• One on-premise bottle service fee waived each month

• An additional 5% off purchases of any full case of wine (on top of our 10% case discount)

• Discounted pricing for all ticketed events

• First Dibs on available spots for future Helix Travel Adventures

• No-contract, cancel anytime, by the last day of the previous month to avoid being charged for the next month’s selection(s)

FAQs:

1) When can I pick up my wine? Club members can pick up their wine(s) on the 2nd Saturday of each month following the month of the purchase and on the 2nd Saturday of every month thereafter.

2) Can you hold my wine if I can’t pick it up right away? Yes! Just email us at customerservice@thehelixexperience.com to let us know what day you will be coming in to pick up your club selection(s) and we will hold your bottle(s) for you.

3) Can I buy extra bottles of a club selection if I love it? We will try our best to procure additional bottles if and when it is possible, so if you love a wine, please let us know asap and we will see what we can do!

4) When will my credit card be charged? Your credit card will be charged on the 1st day of each month. You will continue to be charged every month until you cancel your subscription.

5) How do I cancel my subscription? Please notify us by sending an email to customerservice@thehelixexperience.com or by stopping in to notify us in person, by the last day of the month to avoid being charged on the 1st day of the next month.
